Standard Working Model

The standard working model employed can be described as single exercises and compound exercises. There are different purposes for either set of exercises when completed for their benefits. This standard working model is called PASS-PALS and is listed at the bottom.

The single exercises are completed in sets of repetitions with minimal rest between sets and adequate rest between exercises.

The compound exercises are completed in tandem as sets of repetitions.

Either can be completed as a circuit where exercises are completed one set after another until all single or compound exercises are completed once. Repeat the circuit for the required number of sets.

This standard working model works all muscles of the body but consult a physician before undertaking strenuous work.

PASS (single exercises) consists of the following single exercises:

  • Pushups, Pullups
  • Abdominals, Arms
  • Squats, Lunges
  • Static Hold, Shoulders

PALS (compound exercises) consists of the following compound exercises:

  • Pushups & Mountain Climbers
  • Abdominals & Squats
  • Lunges & Arms
  • Static Hold & Shoulders
