Origin is where each person begins this journey. There is no specific meaning. Refer to it as Plan 0, only a checklist:
- consult with a physician before strenuous exercise
- consult a physician when hurt due to exercise
- ensure a safe exercise space at least suitable for pushups or lunges
- find dumbbells or use water bottles for arm and shoulder exercises
- time and effort exerted will likely return proportionately as results
- be able to complete the standard working model, 5 repetitions for 1 set
- substitute exercises to reduce difficulty
