Plan Origin

Origin is where each person begins this journey. There is no specific meaning. Refer to it as Plan 0, only a checklist:

  • consult with a physician before strenuous exercise
  • consult a physician when hurt due to exercise
  • ensure a safe exercise space at least suitable for pushups or lunges
  • find dumbbells or use water bottles for arm and shoulder exercises
  • time and effort exerted will likely return proportionately as results
  • be able to complete the standard working model, 5 repetitions for 1 set
  • substitute exercises to reduce difficulty
